If I know well, minors under age 18 can't travel alone, only accompanied by an adult. Maybe there are companies which make exception, but I haven't found one. - (2008-07-17)

Dear Janet, I searched for you all the accessible providers from metafares.com. On Cheapoair, Travelocity, Expedia, Hotwire, Orbitz, etc. I got an error containing that every online booking must include one adult or senior traveler; on Continental Airlines' site only "Frequent flyers" can do booking for unaccompanied minors, so it looks like you cannot resolve this online, but here's the official release of Northwest Airlines about "Children traveling alone": "If your child will be traveling alone, please contact Northwest Airlines Reservations at 1-800-225-2525 to book their travel. Northwest will waive the ticketing fee on tickets purchased through our Reservations Department for children participating in our unaccompanied minor program."
