Wednesday, September 15th, 2010

colosseum_180Rome is a beautiful city with many beautiful hotels, but when you are planning a trip, you can’t afford to overlook any details, be they related to price or the type of accommodation you are looking for. Mercure Roma Piazza Bologna is a beautiful historical building, with all the necessary modern amenities, where you can now stay for only 110$ a night (which means that you can save 35$). It is located very close the the historical centre of Rome, and there are good transport connections to the major sightseeing spots of the city, either by public transport or by rented car. There are no swimming pools or fitness rooms in the hotel, but it’s Rome, after all, it’s not a city where you go to stay in your room and waste time at the hotel’s swimming pool or bar.
