These fees include all the airport taxes, although you might have to pay for any extra luggage you might want to carry with you. If I understood well, you want a one-way flight. You could give a few more details, like date or other preferences and I could help you more. In the meantime, you can check Metafares.com. Add your departure and destination city and your dates. Then check ‘one way’ button, if you want a one way flight. After you checked a couple of providers (like Travelgrove, Priceline or Orbitz) via the checkboxes you hit search selected ad there you are.
I have made a quick search and the best price I found was at Priceline.com for $128, on 24 September. It is a US Airways flight (flight number 1440). It leaves Dallas at 5:15 AM, has got a stop in Charlotte and arrives to Miami at 1:57 PM. Hope this will help but let me know if there is anything else I can do.
